Who we are

CodeConsult ("we", "us") operates codeconsult.sk. We are a software development studio based in Bratislava, Slovakia. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at hello@codeconsult.sk.

What we collect

When you contact us by email, we process the personal data you choose to share (name, email address, message content) solely to respond to your inquiry and conduct our business relationship. This website itself does not use tracking cookies or analytics that identify you personally.

Legal basis & retention

We process inquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or to take steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep correspondence only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
